What styles do you carry? Classic Chelsea ankle boots and sharp cap-toe styles. Embroidered western boots and vintage cowboy boots. Whatever the occasion, we've got a boot that's built for it.

How do I take care of my boots? Brush off dirt after every wear. Condition them every few weeks. Store them properly when you're not wearing them. Keep them out of standing water and let them dry naturally if they get wet. A little attention goes a long way.


ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship and how long will it take? We ship anywhere in the United States, completely free on every order. After you place your order we need 2 to 3 business days to get everything ready and packed. From there your boots are typically at your door within 4 to 9 business days. So all in, you're looking at 6 to 12 business days from order to delivery.

Can I track my package? Yes. The moment your order ships you will get a confirmation email with your tracking information so you always know exactly where your boots are.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? We move quickly once an order comes in, so we can't always catch it in time. That said, email us at href="mailto:support@shopvelle.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can before your order goes out the door.


RETURNS & DAMAGE

What is your return policy? 30 days, no stress. If your boots aren't right for any reason, reach out within 30 days of receiving them and we will sort it out. A boot has to fit your life, not just your foot. We stand behind every single pair we sell.

What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit? Email us at support@shopvelle.com the moment you notice something is wrong. We take full responsibility for getting your order to you in perfect condition and we will work directly with the carrier to make things right as fast as possible.

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards. Your payment is processed before we confirm and prepare your order for shipment.

Is my information safe when I order from Shop Velle? Yes. Your payment and personal information is processed securely through Shopify, which is the gold standard for e-commerce security.
