1. General Shipping Information

Shop Velle currently ships throughout the United States. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order is handled with care. Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the nature of your order.


2. Processing Time

Once you place your order, Shop Velle's fulfilment team will begin processing it within 2 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Shop Velle will keep you informed of any delays via email.


3. Shipping Rates

Shop Velle offers free shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required, no exceptions. What you see at checkout is what you pay.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Here's a full breakdown of what to expect after placing your order with Shop Velle:

Processing time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) Transit time: 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) Total estimated delivery: 6 to 12 business days

Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or severe weather conditions. Shop Velle will do everything possible to minimise any disruptions to your delivery.


5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, Shop Velle will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way. If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@shopvelle.com and we'll look into it for you.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Shop Velle is currently unable to ship to the following:

PO Box addresses Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) Restricted or unserviced areas within the United States

Certain items may also be subject to shipping restrictions based on United States regulations or carrier limitations. If your order is affected, Shop Velle will contact you directly.


7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to Shop Velle due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply in these cases.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact Shop Velle immediately at support@shopvelle.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Shop Velle will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
